These terms govern your use of VyntezAcademy (academy.vyntez.com and its apps), provided by Vyntez Solutions. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create an account yourself. Students join through their institution or a parent or guardian.
• Keep your sign-in codes and password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information, including about any institution you register.

Institutions

If you register an institution, you confirm you are authorised to act for it, and that it has the authority and any consent needed for the personal data it adds (including that of students and their parents).

Acceptable use

• No harassment, abuse, or attempts to contact or identify students outside the channels the service provides.
• No recording, downloading or redistributing classes, notes or other content you don’t own.
• No attempts to break, overload, scrape or get around the security of the service.

The service

VyntezAcademy is under active development and features will change. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. Plans and prices are shown on the site, and paid features follow the plan you choose.

Content

You keep ownership of content you add. You allow us to store and process it to provide the service to you and your institution.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and Vyntez Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
