Privacy Notice

VyntezAcademy (academy.vyntez.com) is run by Vyntez Solutions (“we”). This notice explains what personal data we process, why, and the rights you have under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Your name, and the mobile number and/or email address you sign in with.
- Details of an institution you register (name, type, board, city, state, approximate size) and the roles you hold.
- Security records: when you sign in, your IP address and the browser or device used.
Why we use it
- To create your account, send you sign-in codes and keep you signed in.
- To let your institution manage its people and to show you the right workspace for your role.
- To protect accounts, investigate abuse and keep an audit trail of important actions.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell personal data and we don’t show ads.
- We don’t use third-party analytics or tracking scripts. A first-party counter (t.vyntez.com) counts page visits.
- We never build advertising or behavioural profiles of children.
Children
Only adults (18 or older) can create an account themselves. Students are added by their school or by a parent or guardian, and student accounts will require verifiable consent from a parent or guardian before they are used.
How we protect it
Mobile numbers and email addresses are encrypted in our database. Sessions use secure, http-only cookies, and sign-in codes are stored only in a one-way form and deleted within two days. Access to an institution’s data is limited to people that institution has given a role.
Who we share it with
- Your institution, for the people and data it manages.
- Service providers that help us run VyntezAcademy, such as email delivery, SMS delivery and (when launched) payment processing, only for that purpose.
- AI model providers, when you use AI features, after we remove names and contact details from what we send.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is active. When you ask us to delete it, we remove your personal data unless the law requires us to keep a record.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance. Write to support@vyntez.com. If you aren’t satisfied with our response, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India.

We will update this page when our practices change and show the date of the latest version above.
